Non-rotating casing scraper

    Non-rotating casing scraper is designed for removing dirt(including solid cement, hard wax, various salt crystals or deposits, perforation burrs, iron oxide residues resulted from rusting) from the inside wall of casing,so as to make all downhole tools pass through the casing unblocked. Especially, when a small circular clearance is available between the downhole tools and casing inside diameter, the complete scrapping becomes more necessary before further working.

    At present, cleaning the casing internal wall is a necessary step for petroleum drilling,and non-rotating casing scraper will provide a high-efficient and economical solutions.

    Non-rotating casing scraper is mainly consisting of body, blade, fixing block, block and so on, as showed in the figure below.
